yycbikeswap.caOne-day local bike clear-out.
A one-day Calgary bike clear-out at Bike HUB.
Price it to move, try for some cash, and choose whether an unsold bike should go home with you or be donated.
You stay with your bike, talk to the buyer, and collect payment yourself. YYC Bike Swap does not handle the money.
Use this when the buyer has cash but you want staff to hold it while release is recorded. Staff does not arrange financing or online payment.
Use this when you cannot stay with the bike and staff needs to complete the payment handoff and release process for you.
Staff confirms the tag, seller agreement, ID check, serial details, payment path, and whether you want to pick up or donate the bike if it does not sell.
The website shows a sample of bikes coming in. The real action is at Bike HUB: inspect the bike, check the serial where possible, pay the seller directly when they are present, and return to staff for release.
Direct seller-to-buyer payment is the default. Cash-assisted sale is $20. Full assisted sale is $50 and used only when staff need to handle the payment path.

FAQ
No. Buyers can walk in and browse. Sellers can check in at the event, get a tag, scan it, and add the basic bike details there.
Bring cash and a deal-hunting mindset. For bikes marked cash-assisted or full assisted, staff will explain the payment handoff at the event.
Direct means the buyer pays the seller and it is free. Cash-assisted means staff holds cash for a $20 fee. Full assisted means staff handles payment for a $50 fee.
Pick it up after the swap or donate it. Many sellers use the event as a clear-out: try to sell it, then let the bike keep moving if it does not find a buyer.
Serial numbers are checked against Bike Index where possible. If a seller cannot provide a serial number, buyers should treat that as a red flag.
